A Lancaster Executive custom programme is a joint venture created in collaboration by a team of your organisation’s executives and the top faculty from the Lancaster Executive community. Together we develop a set of strategic frameworks to address your company's key priorities.
Programmes can last a day, two months, or an entire year, whatever is appropriate for your company to achieve your stated learning objectives. Programmes often include several residential sessions for a group of participants or “cadre” of approximately 30 participants.
